Our Mission

Our mission is to optimize the collective power of nonprofits for the benefit of Monterey County communities. NAMC advocates for the nonprofit industry through education, convening, and acting as an information hub.

What does NAMC do?

We help nonprofits throughout the county discover new ideas and resources, make vital connections, and promote the value of their mission and programs.

NAMC Goals

  • Connect nonprofits with news and resources, great ideas, and local leaders

  • Promote collaborations among Monterey County nonprofits as well as nonprofit through cross-sector collaborations and partnerships

  • Promote nonprofit impact and value with the general public and public officials

  • Monthly E-Newsletter full of articles and announcements

  • Monthly Skill Development Trainings, Topical Forums or Mixers
